NMU: No hockey will be televised, for now

MARQUETTE – WLUC is continuing to work with Northern Michigan University and Michigan Tech to provide College Hockey to viewers in the U.P., but there may be a wait.

“The University needs more time to work through issues related to broadband production and corporate sponsorship agreements,” said Forrest Karr, director of Athletics at NMU.

Once those issues are resolved, WLUC plans to work closely with NMU and MTU to televise games.
