decedent, Donald Lee Oswald, who

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the estate will be forever barred unless

named personal representative, or to
both the Schoolcraft County Probate
Court, at 300 Walnut Street, Room
129, Manistique, Michigan 49854,
and the personal representative
within four (4) months after the date
of publication of this notice.

NOTICE OF MORTGAGE
FORECLOSURE SALE
Default has occurred in a Mortgage made by BRIAN C. MARTZ,
to The State Savings Bank Of
Manistique, a Michigan banking
corporation, dated July 29, 2011,
and recorded October 21, 2011, as
Document No. 201101779, in the
Office of the Schoolcraft County
Register of Deeds. No proceedings have been instituted to recover
any part of the debt, which is now
$37,908.35.
The Mortgage will be foreclosed
by a sale of the mortgaged property
at public auction to the highest bidder, on Friday, January 5, 2018, at
10:00 a.m., at the main entrance
of the Schoolcraft County Courthouse, in the City of Manistique,
Schoolcraft County, Michigan, and
the place of holding Circuit Court
in said County. The property will be
sold to pay the amount then due on
the mortgage, together with interest at 5.95%, legal costs, attorney’s
fees, and also any taxes or insurance premiums that the mortgagee
pays before the sale.

of Manistique, County of Schoolcraft, State of Michigan, and is
more particularly described as:

Range 15 West
Part of the Northwest quarter of
the Southwest quarter, described
as commencing at the Northwest
corner of the South half of said
Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter; Thence North, along the
West line said Northwest quarter of
the Southwest quarter, 200 feet to
the point of beginning of the parcel
of land herein described; Thence
East, 220 feet; Thence North, 200
feet; Thence West, 220 feet to the
West line of said Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter; Thence
South, along said West line, 200
feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
The redemption period will be six
(6) months from the date of sale;
or thirty (30) days from the date of
sale if the property is deemed to be
abandoned under applicable law.

600.3278, during the period of redemption following a foreclosure

liable to the purchaser at the sale,

the physical injury is caused by or
at the direction of the mortgagor
