measured along said South line
of State Road, from the intersection of the North and South quarter
line of above mentioned Section 2,
with said South line of State Road,
last mentioned point of intersection

North and South quarter line, a distance of 642.79 feet from the South

1/8 line of said Section 2; thence
continuing Westerly along the

of 144.0 feet; thence Southerly and

line of State Road (M-94), so called,
which lies Westerly a distance of
47.53 feet, as measured along said
South line of State Road, from the
intersection of the North and South
quarter line of above mentioned
Section 2, with said South line of
State Road, (last mentioned point
of intersection lies South along
above mentioned North and South
quarter line a distance of 642.79
feet from the South one-eighth line
of said Section 2); thence continuing Westerly along the South line
of State Road, a distance of 65.21
feet; thence Southerly and at right
angles to State Road, a distance
of 167.0 feet; thence Easterly and
parallel to State Road, a distance of
238.35 feet to a point which lies 33
feet West of said North and South
quarter line; thence Northerly and

months from the date of such sale,
unless determined abandoned in
accordance with MCLA 600.3241a;

or, if the subject real property is
used for agricultural purposes as
defined by MCL 600.3240(16).
