NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default has occurred in
a Mortgage, dated July 26, 2013,
made by David Andrew Creeden,
as mortgagor, to Limestone Federal Credit Union, a body corporate
organized and existing under the
laws of the United States of America, as mortgagee, and recorded on
July 31, 2013, in the Office of the
Register of Deeds for Schoolcraft
County, Michigan, as Document
No. 201301696. No proceedings,
legal or equitable, have been instituted to recover all or any part
of the debt that is secured by the
Mortgage, and the amount of the
debt claimed to be due as of the
date of this notice is $22,901.57;
and the power of sale contained in
the Mortgage has become operative by reason of the default.
The Mortgage will be foreclosed
by a sale of the mortgaged property
at public auction to the highest bidder, on Friday January 18, 2019,

at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., at the front
entrance of the Schoolcraft County
Courthouse, in the City of Manistique, County of Schoolcraft, State
of Michigan, the place of holding
Circuit Court in said County. The
property will be sold to pay the
amount then due on the Mortgage,
together with interest at 9.75% per
annum, legal costs and attorney’s
fees permitted by law, and also
any taxes or insurance premiums
that the mortgagee pays before the
sale.

in the City of Manistique, County of
Schoolcraft, State of Michigan, and
is more particularly described as

Under Michigan Compiled Law
600.3278, if the mortgaged property is sold at the foreclosure sale,
the mortgagors and any other person liable on the mortgage will be
held responsible to the person or
entity who buys the property at the
mortgage foreclosure sale or to the
mortgage holder for damaging the
mortgaged property during the redemption period.
The length of the redemption period will be six (6) months
from the date of the sale. However, if the mortgaged property
is deemed abandoned in accordance with Michigan Compiled Law
600.3241a, the redemption period
for an abandoned property shall be

thirty (30) days from the date of the
sale or until the time to provide the
notice required by said Michigan
Compiled Law 600.3241a(c) expires, whichever is later.

of Manistique, a Michigan banking
corporation, dated November 12,
2010, and recorded November 17,
2010, in Liber 259 of Mortgages, pp.
917-926, in the Office of the Schoolcraft County Register of Deeds. No
proceedings have been instituted to
recover any part of the debt, which
is now $18,727.78.
The Mortgage will be foreclosed
by a sale of the mortgaged property
